Dr. Nathan Coleman is an Assistant Professor of History at Kentucky Christian University, where he teaches a wide array of American history courses. He received his Ph.D. in American History in 2008 from the University of Kentucky where he studied with Lance Banning and Daniel B. Smith.  His areas of concentration are the American Revolution/Early National Period and American Constitutional History.  He has published in the Journal of the Early Republic and Journal of the Historical Society and is close to completing a manuscript on the American Revolution and constitutional settlement.
